You will learn practical leadership techniques, including the use of Hour by Hour Charts to improve communication and performance, and the Six Thinking Hats method to encourage creative problem-solving and better team decision-making. You will also explore how to guide teams through change while maintaining trust, motivation, and alignment.</p>
