<p>A key focus of this module is improving leadership effectiveness through better communication and decision-making. You will learn techniques such as Humble Inquiry to strengthen relationships, strategies for avoiding common decision-making mistakes and cognitive biases, and practical methods for giving clear instructions while empowering others to take ownership of their work. You will also learn how effective delegation creates opportunities for employee development while allowing leaders to focus on higher-value responsibilities.</p>
