Completing the Lean Leader Certification is more than finishing a series of courses. It is an opportunity to demonstrate how you have applied what you learned to create value for yourself, your team, and your organization. The final report is designed to showcase your growth as a Lean leader and highlight the measurable impact of your learning journey.

As part of this final module, you will prepare a PowerPoint presentation summarizing the knowledge gained and improvements made throughout the certification. You will create at least one slide for each course, describing the key concepts you learned, how you applied them in your work, the benefits realized by you and your organization, and the estimated annual savings or business impact resulting from those improvements.

Your presentation will conclude with a summary slide that highlights the major improvements completed during the program, along with the estimated annual savings for each course and the total estimated savings achieved throughout the certification. This final summary demonstrates the value of your development as a Lean leader and the return on investment your organization has received through your continuous improvement efforts.

You will first present your final report to your coach as part of the certification process. Upon successful completion, you will be encouraged to present your results to your leader or leadership team to communicate your accomplishments, share lessons learned, and demonstrate how Lean leadership can continue to drive measurable business results across the organization.
